RRB NTPC Recruitment

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued two job announcements for the hiring of 3058 and 5810 Graduate Level positions. Centralized Employment Notice No. CEN 06/2025 for Non Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) posts and CEN 07/2025 for Non Technical Popular Categories (Under Graduate) posts pertains to undergraduate positions in different Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways.

Graduate Level Posts

 

Name of post: Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Traffic Assistant, Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist and Senior Clerk cum Typist

No of posts: 5810 posts

 

Total No of posts of Graduate Level @ RRB Guwahati: 56 posts

Pay: Level 4, 5, 6 in 7th CPC

Age Limit: 18-33 years as on 01.01.2026.

Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.

Additional Requirements: The positions of Senior Clerk cum Typist and Junior Account Assistant cum Typist require computer typing skills in both Hindi and English.

Under Graduate Level Posts

 

Name of post: Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Account Clerk Cum Typist, Junior Clerk Cum Typist and Trains Clerk

No of posts: 3058 posts 

 

Total No of posts of Under Graduate Level @ RRB Guwahati: To be updated

 
Pay: Level 3, 2 in 7th CPC

Age Limit: 18-30 years as on 01.01.2026.

Educational Requirement: 12th grade (+2 Stage) or its equivalent, with at least 50% of the possible points. In the case of SC/ST, people with benchmark disabilities, ex-servicemen, and candidates, 50% marks should not be required. who have credentials above the 12th grade (+2stage).

Other Criteria of RRB NTPC 

Age Relaxation: The following upper age limits for reserved categories have been relaxed:

PwBD - UR & EWS	10 years
PwBD - OBC/NCL	13 years
PwBD - SC & ST	15 years

Application Fee: Depending on their community or category, candidates must pay the examination fee listed below:

Female	Rs 250/-
Transgender	Rs 250/-
Minorities	Rs 250/-
Economically backward class.	Rs 250/-
Others	Rs 500/-

Exam fees can be paid online by candidates using methods such as Internet banking, debit cards, credit cards, or UPI.

Note: Following their participation in the First Stage CBT, aspirants in the General/OBC category will receive a refund of ₹400. After participating in the First Stage CBT, the entire ₹250 cost for all other categories will be reimbursed.
