HS Result Rechecking 2026

On April 28, 2026, the Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division II, announced the results of the Assam High School Final Examination. Candidates can re-total and reevaluate their answer scripts online at the ASSEB Answer Script Rechecking Portal if they are dissatisfied with their results. Beginning on May 1st, 2026, the online "Punarikshan" procedure will be used to recheck the answer scripts for the Assam High School Final Exam Result 2026.

In order to acquire a scanned copy of their answer scripts and have them rechecked, candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 per topic.

The only way to pay the processing fee is online.

Here is a number of important points regarding ASSEB Answer Script Rechecking 2026.

The applicant should be aware that re-checking an answer script does not imply re-evaluating it. The following points will be rechecked:

a. Recalculating the examiner's marks.
b. Evaluation of the answer or answers that have been omitted or undervalued.
b. Correcting incorrect marks entered in any way.

Within 30 days after the application's deadline, the applicant will receive a message with the rechecking results.

Certificate cum Marks-Sheets will be prepared if the candidate's scores are lowered after the answer scripts have been rechecked.

If there are any changes to the marks, the updated Certificate cum Marks-sheet will be sent upon submission of the original.
