Eligibility Criteria
Age Requirement: The applicant must be at least 17 years old on December 31 of the year they are applying for admission, which is December 31, 2026. There isn't a maximum age requirement.
Residency: Admission to the Government Institutes of Assam requires a Permanent Resident Certificate.
Medical Fitness: The candidate needs to be in good health.
The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or Equivalent Examination in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and/or Mathematics from an accredited Board, Council, or University without receiving grace marks.
Note:However, admission will not be available to students who have completed a 10+2 certification through non-formal, non-classroom-based education, such as the National Institute of Open Schooling, the open school system of States, etc.

Note: Questions Nos. 1 through 75 in the Booklet and OMR Sheet (English, Physics, Chemistry) are required for applicants seeking admission to Pharmacy courses. Questions 76 through 100 will be divided into two sections: a biology section and a mathematics section. Candidates must respond to any one of the sections based on the subject they chose while submitting their application.
Question Paper Standard: Questions will be of HS (10+2) Science standard .
Qualifying Marks: When the results are announced, the minimum qualifying requirements and cutoff score for the BPharm and DPharm entrance exams will be announced.
