1. Procurement Expert
Educational Qualification
- First Class Engineering Degree (preferably Civil Engineering) with MBA or Master's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years).
- OR
- Master's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance or any related discipline.
- Higher qualifications in Procurement will be given preference.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management.
- Experience in World Bank, ADB, AIIB, JICA or other externally aided projects is desirable.
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal, Assam Tenders, General Financial Rules (GFR), Assam Public Procurement Act, 2017 and Assam Public Procurement Rules, 2020.
2. Procurement Associate
Educational Qualification
- First Class B.E./B.Tech (preferably Civil Engineering).
- Basic MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by the Finance Department, Government of Assam.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Procurement for or on behalf of the Government of Assam.
- Experience in handling GeM and e-Procurement systems is essential.
- Experience in Externally Aided Project (EAP) procurement will be an added advantage.
