🎓 Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
Option 1
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in a Government, Semi-Government or reputed Private Organization.
OR
Option 2
- HSSLC (10+2) passed from a recognized Board.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in a Government, Semi-Government or reputed Private Organization.

- Minimum 6 months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application or proven working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Database Management, Internet Surfing, etc.
