Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
The time limit for passing the PET (Race) by the candidates are as follows:
Selection Process
The recruitment process shall be PET, PST, CBT, Trade/Skill Test, Documents Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (DME/RME).
Physical Standard Test (PST)
The PST will be conducted for such candidates who qualify the PET Stage.
The PST will comprise of measurement of height, chest and weight (as applicable). a) Height: Male 170 Cms (Minimum) Female 157 Cms (Minimum) Relaxation: Relaxation in height is permissible to some categories of candidates.
Candidates from NE States: Male 162.5 Cms Female 152.5 Cms
b) Chest: Male candidates should possess the following standards of chest measurement: Un-expended 80 Cms and minimum expansion 05 Cms. Relaxation in chest measurement is permissible to some categories of candidates including ST and candidates from NE States.
Chest measurement will not be taken for female candidates.
c) Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards. The PST shall consist of measurement of height, chest & weight (where applicable).

Mechanic Motor Vehicle: Must have 02 years Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle recognised by National or State Council for Vocational training or any other recognised institution and one-year practical experience in the field of concerned trade. OR National or State apprenticeship certificate in Mechanic Motor V

Other Tradesmen posts: Must be skilled and worked in respective trades.
Trade Test
a) Only those candidates who successfully complete and qualify for the CBT will be considered for the Trade Test.
b) Candidates will undergo a practical assessment Trade/Skill test, which will be conducted in a practical environment and will be of qualifying nature. To qualify the practical Trade/Skill Test, a candidate is required to score at least 20 out of 50 marks.
