The selected candidate will normally work at the:

  • Office of the State Health Agency (SHA), Assam.
  • The Operations Manager will work under the overall guidance and supervision of the CEO, SHA.

Job Purpose

The Operations Manager will support the successful implementation of AA-MMLSAY. The selected candidate will assist the CEO, oversee field-level proposals, and ensure effective implementation of the scheme across Assam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Departments, Service Associations, ISA and eligible beneficiaries.
  • Increase the registration count of AA-MMLSAY beneficiaries.
  • Supervise the Key Control System for claim verification and speedy disposal.
  • Monitor timely settlement of claims received from the field level.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with AA-MMLSAY implementation guidelines.
  • Monitor performance outcomes of all functionaries involved.
  • Conduct beneficiary registration camps across Assam.
  • Perform any other responsibility assigned by the CEO.
